Our Company Philosophy
Our goal at Twice as Nice Creations is to provide our customers with handmade heirloom quality jewelry made from the finest materials available from around the world. Most of our jewelry we sell is custom made to order and all of our pieces are made in our New Hampshire facility.

Custom Made to Your Order
We encourage creativity on the part of our customers. You are not limited to the examples that are shown on our site or catalog. Call or e-mail us with your special design, there is no extra charge for made to order items. Prices of custom items will vary with materials used but will be similarly priced to the items we offer. To keep costs down on our jewelry, custom made pieces cannot be returned.

Monthly Drawing
Twice as Nice Creations invites you to enter our monthly drawing. Prize is a pair of Swarovski Crystal Heart earrings in your choice of color. Just fill out the contest form.

Fundraising Opportunities

Shipping Information
Even though we make most of the items to order our goal is to ship every order within 48 hours.

Although we can't always meet our goal especially with a larger order or with more elaborate designs we almost are always able to ship your order within seven days.

Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail you the expected shipping date.

In all cases, we do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

We use the U.S. postal system to send our orders to take advantage of its excellent service and low cost.

We offer a flat rate of $2.50 for handling and shipping via first class mail for domestic orders, including U.S. territories, APO & FPO addresses, and Canada.

Select the $5.00 Priority Mail option for 2-3 day delivery for U.S. domestic orders and priority to Canada.

All other international orders have a $15.00 shipping and handling fee and will be sent Global Priority Mail or Global Airmail for those countries that don't receive Global Priority Mail. Any and all customs fees will be the responsibility of the receiver.

If You Need a Piece Repaired or Altered
While our jewelry will withstand any normal use, occasionally rough treatment can damage a piece. We can almost always reassemble a piece for a modest price using new beads and findings as needed.

You can have almost any item that you have ordered altered. Please e-mail us with the details of your request and we will let you know what we can do.

We of course stand 100% behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any item that is damaged due to unlikely event of a component defect or workmanship.

Our Return Policy
We are so confident of the quality of what we sell and of your satisfaction that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it for a refund or we will credit you its price towards another item. Please include $2.50 to cover postage and handling if an item is returned for an exchange. This guarantee is for any of our items listed in the site. There are no returns available for customer designed special items except for items needing repair.
